Syntegro's software is available as SaaS. For a periodic fee you get a scalable, accessible and secure solution.
Software as a Service
Always available, reliable and secure.
Workforce and access-management solutions are business-critical. As a customer, you expect your software and hardware to be always available, reliable and secure.
You can have the Syntegro software installed on your own (virtual) server, or you choose — like the vast majority of our customers — our Cloud solution.
Syntegro's Software as a Service solution is hosted in Tier 4 datacenters in Belgium — top tier in terms of availability and security. Full back-ups are taken at least daily.
Both the bespoke configuration and the data of every customer are fully isolated from those of other customers. Each customer has its own software “container” and database.
Syntegro is ISO 27001 certified; we handle customer data with the utmost care.
Lower start-up cost
The bespoke implementation is delivered at an agreed fixed price. Using the software requires no investment. You pay a periodic fee for as long as you use it.
That fee depends on the modules you use and the number of users — a so-called “Pay As You Use” model.
Scalable and future proof
New software releases and upgrades with extra modules and/or features are included in the SaaS agreement. Your solution can easily be adapted to changing labour law or company-specific changes in workforce management.
The software is modular — you can start with time registration and later extend with modules like project registration. There is no capacity limit; the software is infinitely scalable. Our largest customer has 250,000 employees on a Syntegro licence.
Accessible
Our Cloud solution is accessible anytime, anywhere. From any device with internet access.
Because software releases are included, you'll never run into problems caused by new technologies like a new operating system or browser version.
