Syntegro was founded in 2007 by four engineers with an entrepreneurial dream. With nearly 80 years of combined experience, they have developed a flexible SaaS solution for workforce management. Since gaining support from a new shareholder and appointing a new Managing Director five years ago, Syntegro has experienced rapid growth. The company’s workforce has expanded from 10 to 50 employees, and turnover has surged sixfold. Today, Syntegro serves around 700 clients, with between 20,000 and 40,000 employees utilising the technology daily. The majority of these clients are large enterprises, with 80% employing at least 250 people.

The acquisition by Visma allows Syntegro to take the next step in its growth story. For the company’s existing customers, nothing will change. The company name, products and all agreements will be retained. However, as part of the Visma group, Syntegro can draw on the wealth of expertise in Visma’s ecosystem.
