A single point of contact

Our project manager is your “SPOC”

After the handshake, a project manager — a software consultant — is assigned to you by Syntegro. They are your fixed point of contact throughout the entire implementation journey and make sure the rollout runs smoothly.

Starting together

Kick-off with the project team

During a kick-off, our project manager discusses the full project and we put together a project team with our specialists and your staff. We draft an initial plan, walk through the phases and assign responsibilities — integrations with other systems, data uploads and the reports you want.

Iterative analysis

Back-and-forth until it's right

Our goal is to maximise the automation of business processes so we can apply “management by exception” — only the exceptions still require attention. That's why our analysis is iterative: a few key HR users get to know the application and evaluate it, and the project manager completes the analysis based on their feedback.

Built to spec

Final configuration and refinement

The system is configured to the specifications from the design phase. Our implementation team develops and installs the integrations with other systems and your external partners, and creates the reports your organisation requested.

Test & train

Implementation, training and testing

The test team gets started; our project manager collects feedback on deviations and corrects them systematically. Your key users receive training to maintain the system and handle first-line questions, and department leads receive functional training to help their teams.

Go-live & aftercare

Syntegro goes “live” in your organisation

The capstone of the journey: the system goes live. Our project manager spends a few more weeks “babysitting” and keeping an eye on things. After that, you can reach our support team with standard questions — and for larger changes, your SPOC drops by again.
